This Pouilly-Fuissé Les Perrières 2020 from Domaine J.A. Ferret is a white wine from Burgundy classified 1er Cru, from a small vineyard of 1.15 hectares south of the amphitheatre, at the place called "La Baudotte", monopoly of the estate.
It offers a beautiful golden colour with green reflections and a delicate nose that reveals lemony, white peach and apricot notes, and floral notes. On the palate, the texture is full, both taut and dense, with a long finish of chalky minerality.
It can be enjoyed from today until around 2032-2034, as an accompaniment to poultry and fish in cream, risotto, shellfish or sushi.
