MAUZAC
Mauzac is a white grape variety from the South-West, which is mainly found in the wines of Gaillac and Blanquette de Limoux, and sometimes as a complement in the blends of wines from Entre-deux-Mers or Côtes-de-Duras.
Once very widespread, it has become quite rare, occupying only about 5000 hectares, competing with Bordeaux grape varieties.
