This beautiful Pinot Noir 2018 from Domaine DIrler-Cadé is a red wine from Alsace from clay-sandstone plots of the Bux and Schwarzberg in Bergholtz.
It offers a beautiful cherry colour with a nose of ripe red berries, a velvety texture on the palate and silky tannins. It will be the perfect accompaniment to a roasted quail with grapes, a guinea fowl or a turkey leg.
The wines are certified organic and biodynamic by Biodyvin. The estate began practicing biodynamic cultivation in 1998, then a pioneer in Alsace.
