Domaine Drouhin-Laroze Bonnes-Mares 2015
This 2015 Bonnes-Mares is a great red wine from Burgundy classified as a Grand Cru from Domaine Drouhin-Laroze. This prestigious climate of the Côte-de-Nuits, which extends over 15 hectares between Chambolle-Musigny and Morey-Saint-Denis, owes its name to a Roman bas-relief unearthed on its soil, known as "of the Mayor goddesses", a female trinity protecting the crops and goods of the earth.
It is a superb wine with a complex nose of black cherries with subtle notes of flowers, blackcurrant bud, musk and cigar. On the palate, the balance is perfect with aromas of red berries and sweet spices and the finish is truly exceptionally long with candied and spicy notes.
