Chateau Segur de Cabanac 2018 is a red wine from Bordeaux in the Saint-Estephe appellation, made from Cabernet-Sauvignon (60% ) and Merlot (40% ). The 2018 vintage is one of the great Bordeaux vintages, comparable in quality with 2009, 2010 or 2016.

Chateau Segur de Cabanac 2018 offers a bright deep ruby colour, with a rich nose with red and black fruits and roasted notes. On the palate, its concentration and harmonious character, with beautiful mellow tannins and sustained acidity, make it a gastronomic wine, which will perfectly accompany a duck breast or a Bordeaux-style rib steak. It can be enjoyed today or can be kept in the cellar until around 2035.

Château Chasse-Spleen 2021 is a great red wine from Bordeaux, an exceptional cru bourgeois located in Moulis-en-Médoc.

This 2021 vintage is an excellent vintage, with a hot March followed by virulent frosts in April. The summer was fine, with normal temperatures and the harvest was carried out in rainy weather but which still allowed to obtain high quality grapes.

Still very young, it offers a garnet colour and a nose of red fruits with menthol, floral and spicy notes. On the palate, the substance expresses itself with a beautiful volume on aromas of blackcurrant and morello cherry, a mineral framework, very fine supple tannins, and a long and elegant finish.

It will preferably be necessary to wait until 2025 to start tasting it and it can be kept until about 2045-2050.
