The Brut Tradition cuvée from Maison de Champagne JP Charpentier is made from a blend of 80% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir from the terroirs of the Marne Valley. (Charly-Sur-Marne and Saulchery).

This cuvée offers a brilliant colour with golden reflections, fine bubbles and a fruity nose, with beautiful fruity aromas, clean and elegant. It is fresh and airy on the palate, with a dominance of white-fleshed fruit supported by a limestone freshness. A nice Brut Champagne that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with fish and white meats.

This Bourgogne Tonnerre 2022 from Domaine Alain Mathias comes from a single plot of Chardonnay located on the Epineuil vineyard, the Côte de Grisey, an ideal terroir for the production of great wines with a south-south-east exposure, steep slopes and a Kimmeridgian marl soil. For this cuvée, fermentation is carried out in stoneware jars.

This vinification in amphora brings a very fruity nose, citrus and yellow fruits, with floral notes, and a round and very fresh texture on the palate, with a beautiful fruity finish. A wine that can be enjoyed now or kept in the cellar up to 5 years, to appreciate all the freshness of the fruit.

It will be the perfect accompaniment to white meats in sauce, snails, andouillettes, seafood, pan-fried foie gras and cooked or soft cheeses.
