The Bollinger Champagne "Special Cuvée" 1846 offers a beautiful golden colour and a very fine bubble. Blended with a majority of Pinot Noir (66%), it offers intense aromas of ripe fruit and spices, notes of roasted apple, compote and peach and on the palate, a subtle combination of structure, length and liveliness.

This is a new "1846" bottle inspired by a bottle dating back to this year 1846, in the shape of a small magnum, with a thinner neck and a wider base.
