The Brut Reserve Imperial cuvée is the emblematic cuvée of the House of Moët et Chandon since 1869, a perfectly accomplished blend of more than 200 crus, in which the three Champagne grape varieties complement each other harmoniously with 30 to 40% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier each, 20 to 30% Chardonnay and 20 to 30% reserve wines, specially selected, which give it its maturity, complexity and consistency. This cuvée is dosed in brut, at 9 grams of sugar per litre.

The Brut Impérial cuvée offers an elegantly golden colour, adorned with green reflections. The nose expresses aromas of white-fleshed fruits (apple, pear, peach), citrus fruits (lemon), with floral nuances (lime blossom), and notes of brioche and fresh walnuts. The palate is tasty and melted, full and savory then crisp and delicately fresh.
