The cuvée La Grande Dame 2012 from the Veuve Clicquot Champagne house is a great Champagne in an exceptional sunny year, made from a blend of the historic Crus of Veuve Clicquot, 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, dosed in Brut at 6g/l. It is presented here in a superb original gift box set created by the Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama.

This Champagne has a beautiful golden colour and a very mineral and fresh nose, with light floral notes of jasmine and acacia that evolve into fruity notes of pear and clementine. On the palate, the silky texture envelops the palate for a wine full of tension and elegance.

It will go perfectly with the best vegetables cooked with meat and fish as condiments. The Grande Dame 2012 also offers exceptional ageing potential, of at least twenty years.
