Here is a rosé wine a little different from the pale rosés of Provence, a rosé of bleeding with a night of maceration and ageing on lees. A deep pink colour, a nose of red fruits with citrus notes and a beautiful volume in the mouth: this is a gourmet rosé wine, perfect to accompany a meal.

The Pierre and Bertrand Couly estate extends over 20 hectares in Chinon, a vineyard certified "high environmental value" in the Chinon red and Chinon white appellations.
