Inédite 2018 from Domaine de La Cendrillon is a red wine from Languedoc in the Corbières appellation. It offers a beautiful colour with intense ruby reflections with dominant aromas of red fruits and crème de cassis, sweet spices, supported by vanilla and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is a fleshy, full-bodied, elegant wine, with velvety tannins, very harmonious, with a nice sappy finish.
In 2012, Domaine de La Cendrillon obtained organic certification (ECOCERT) for its entire vineyard. Today, the estate works with ten grape varieties: Carignan, Syrah, Grenache Noir and Grenache Blanc, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Macabeu, Merlot, Marselan and Petit Verdot. New grape varieties have recently been planted such as Petit Manseng, Alvarinho and Verdejo in order to make blends of particularly fine and elegant white wines.
