Villa Baulieu Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence White 2012
Villa Baulieu 2012 is a great white wine from Provence in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, made from the Rolle and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties. It offers a clear and brilliant colour with light green reflections and dominant notes of white fruit and honeysuckle flowers on the nose. On the palate, we find flavours of tangy fruits, lemon, grapefruit with great finesse.
The freshness of the fruit is sought after in the wines of Villa Baulieu. The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small 10 kg boxes to avoid the berries bursting and oxidation.
