This 2021 La Source cuvée from Château Vignelaure is a white wine from Provence in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, in organic farming. It is made from a blend of Rolle for 70%, Sémillon for 20% and Sauvignon for 10%.
It offers a beautiful yellow colour with golden reflections and marked aromas of grapefruit, white peach and white flowers. It is dense, round and ample on the palate, well balanced with a mineral structure. It will be the perfect accompaniment to grilled or creamed white meats, fish such as cod and shellfish, scallops and whelks.
