This sulphite-free red wine from Domaine Cazes, the John WIne No Sulphites cuvée, is a Côtes-du-Roussillon AOP wine, made from 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre, and a nod to the cowboy's ardour that the famous American actor has brought to the screen many times.
It is a wine that, on the nose, is dominated by small red fruits and which offers, on the palate, a very frank attack and a lot of suppleness with marked notes of forest fruits. A wine to be enjoyed young after decanting for at least an hour, on a prime rib or, to stay in the great outdoors of the American West, a grilled bison steak.
