This cuvée is a white wine from the Rhone Valley in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, produced by Domaine du Murinais, made from Marsanne and Roussanne grape varieties. The vines are cultivated without weedkillers, chemical fertilisers or insecticides, and vine diseases are treated with natural inputs, with phytosanitary treatment only considered out of necessity.
This white Crozes-Hermitage brings an elegant nose of white-fleshed fruit (peach, apricot), yellow fruit, almond and white flowers (acacia), with freshness, roundness and minerality on the palate, and beautiful bitterness on the finish.
It will go perfectly with river fish, white meats, creamed poultry and goat cheeses. It can be enjoyed now or stored in the cellar until around 2035.
