Paul Jaboulet Aine Crozes Hermitage Domaine Mule Whitehe White 2021 - Box of 6
This Crozes Hermitage Domaine Mule Blanche Blanc 2021 from Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné comes from the Crozes-Hermitage vineyard which is the largest in the northern Rhône Valley. It is certified in organic farming.
It offers a beautiful pale yellow colour with a superb brilliance and on the nose, aromas of white flowers, hawthorn, acacia and delicate woodiness on the finish. Supple and with a lot of roundness, its finish is fresh and very harmonious.
The name "Mule Blanche" dates back to before mechanization when the vineyard was worked with mules and mules that were much more resistant than draught horses.
