This 2012 Crozes-Hermitage red "Guer Van" from Domaine Michel Chapoutier is a cuvée resulting from the collaboration of two passionate creators, masters in the demand for refinement: Yannick Alléno, Michelin-starred chef, and Michel Chapoutier, winemaker. It is offered here in Magnum

It offers a dark purple colour on the nose, powerful aromas of black fruits and spices with notes of pepper and fern. On the palate, the attack is fresh with velvety tannins and flavours of black fruit and liquorice, and a persistent and fresh finish. It will be the perfect accompaniment to rack of lamb or prime rib.
