Chateau de Poncie Fleurie La Salomine 2016 Magnum
This Fleurie La Salomine 2016 from Château de Poncié is offered in Magnum. It has an intense purple colour with pretty purplish reflections. The nose is complex and marked by aromas of black fruits (wild blackberry, black cherry, blueberry). On the palate, the balance is perfect between mineral freshness and aromatic complexity.
This Fleurie comes from vines planted on very steep slopes with a south-east exposure and a very draining soil composed of a pink granite crystalline rock and quartz. This unique terroir brings richness, velvetiness and minerality to the La Salomine cuvée. This wine can be enjoyed today on the fruit or kept in the cellar for more than 10 years.
