This 2019 Graves "Astéries de Darches" is a red wine from Château Cazebonne, made from 100% Merlot on gravel soils set on a limestone rock, with vinification in natural yeasts and an amphora ageing of 5 months.

It offers a greedy and fruity nose, on blackcurrant, violet and sweet spices, more full-bodied on the palate than the "Entre Amis" cuvée, allowing it to be kept for 8 to 10 years in the cellar. After decanting for an hour before serving, it will go very well with grilled red meats.
