Chateau Cantemerle Haut-Medoc 5eme Grand Cru Classe 2016 Melchior 18 litres - Original wooden case

Château Cantemerle 2016 is a great red wine from Bordeaux and 5th Grand Cru Classé in the Haut-Médoc appellation, offered here in a large format: a very large bottle of 18 liters, a Melchior, to offer as a gift or to share on a large and beautiful festive table.

It offers a complex aromatic palette, on black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), tobacco, cloves with subtle woody notes. On the palate, it is both powerful and elegant, with very supple tannins and a charming finish. You can start tasting it but ideally, you will wait until 2022-2023, and in the great 2016 vintage, the ageing potential is impressive.

Château Cantemerle has been reborn since the early 1990s and has now become one of the most beautiful references in the Haut-Médoc. Find the wines of Château Cantemerle currently on sale at La Bouteille Dorée.

You can also find other large bottles in our 18-litre bottle catalogue and all the large capacity bottles: 3-litre Jeroboam and Double-Magnum, 6-litre Methuselah and Imperial, 9-litre Salmanazar, 12-litre Balthazar, 15-litre Nebuchadnezzar and 18-litre Melchior.
