This Hishiyama Vineyard Private Reserve 2023 is a white wine from Japan in the Yamanashi appellation of Grace Winery, made exclusively from the Japanese grape variety Koshu, the only autochthonous grape variety in the country.
This astonishing white wine offers a very light yellow colour and a bouquet of lemony notes, white flowers (acacia) and spices (coriander and cumin) on the nose. On the palate, the base is dry and mineral, the substance ample and the whole perfectly balanced with fresh acidity and aromas of lemon and lime. The finish is delicate, refreshing and thirst-quenching, with an appetite-stimulating persistence that perfectly complements the subtlety of Japanese dishes.
