Domaine Bonnardot Ladoix Les Ranches Red 2018
This red wine from Burgundy is a wine from the Ladoix appellation produced by Domaine Bonnardot, from two 50-year-old plots, in the place called "Les Ranches", at an altitude of 240 meters. The estate is currently in organic conversion.
This 2018 vintage offers a very floral nose with intense aromas of red fruits. On the palate, it is a gourmet wine full of finesse and balance with silky and fine tannins. The fruity aromas are generous (cherry) with a long finish with notes of vanilla, fresh almonds and sweet spices.
It will go perfectly with Parma ham, game birds, rabbit and mild cheeses such as Reblochon, Vacherin and Cîteaux. It can be kept until about 2030.
