Château Romanin Rosé 2022 is a rosé wine from Provence in the Les Baux de Provence appellation, made from the Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon and Counoise grape varieties, and certified in biodynamic agriculture.
It offers a pale pink colour with salmon nuances and a very fine nose, with notes of peach and pear and some spicy notes. On the palate, the substance is dense and fresh, well balanced, with a nice length. It will be the perfect accompaniment to sea bream tartare, ceviche, grilled red mullet or razor clams à la plancha.
