Domaine Leflaive Macon-Verze White 2018
This Mâcon-Verzé 2018 is a white wine from Burgundy from Domaine Leflaive whose vines have been cultivated biodynamically since the purchase of the vineyard by the estate in 2004. It extends over more than 9 hectares in the commune of Verzé and includes five plots in the localities of Les Chênes, En Perret, Le Monté, Escolles and Les Muses.
A very beautiful Mâcon-Verzé that offers great purity with aromas of hazelnuts and pastry, fruit (lemon, white peach) and floral and mineral notes, with a remarkable liveliness and energy on the palate and a long subtly saline finish. It will be the ideal accompaniment to a salmon terrine, a zucchini risotto or cheeses, a goat cheese or a Saint-Paulin.
