Chateau Cantenac Brown Margaux 3eme Grand Cru Classe 2009 - Original wooden case of 12 bottles

1,168.85 € Tax included

Château Cantenac Brown 2009 offers incredibly intense colours and remarkable fruit. 2009 is a vintage marked by high alcohol content, fortunately compensated by a very good freshness. The tannins are dense. It is a great Bordeaux wine, smooth and refined, with a very nice balance in an exceptional vintage.

In the heart of the Margaux appellation vineyards, Château Cantenac Brown stands out from all the others by its unique architecture. Classified as a Grand Cru in 1855, the quality of its terroir and its wines make it a reference in Bordeaux. At the beginning of the 19th century, when John-Lewis Brown acquired the estate, he chose to build a Tudor-style castle that would remind him of his Scottish origins. The building, one of the most original in the Médoc, is surrounded by a remarkable English-style park.
