A very beautiful wine, certified organic, made from a blend of Carignan, Syrah, Petite Syrah, Zinfandel, Grenache and Viognier which bears the name of "synchronicity", The Police's latest album with titles like "Every breath you take". To evoke "syncronicity", i.e. synchronism, fortuitous simultaneity, Mark Beaman, the winemaker of Wines that Rock, has chosen a blend of 6 grape varieties that sticks to this album by The Police with romantic pop melodies, often dark lyrics and Sting's magnetic voice.

Grenache and Viognier bring freshness and balance to this unusual blend that benefits from an 18-month ageing in Sequoia casks. The nose offers aromas of rose petals as well as notes of juicy strawberry and raspberry and the palate is velvety with a long finish to give a gourmet wine that goes very well with roast duck with porcini mushrooms, beef cheek stew, pork ribs with rosemary or certain cheeses such as Gouda.

Created in 1921 by an Italian family, the estate is now owned by two American brothers who love nature and wine. While working to reveal these exceptional terroirs as best as possible, they have chosen to use the most environmentally friendly cultivation techniques and have set up a very efficient water recycling system.
