This Mondeuse 2017 "The... deuse.." by Gilles Berlioz presents a burlat dress with a purple reflection. The nose is concentrated with fruity and floral aromas (violet, blackcurrant and blackberry) and spicy and animal notes (dried bacon). It is a wine that offers both a beautiful freshness and a solid texture on the palate.
Christine and Gilles Berlioz created the Domaine in 1990 and recently renamed it "Le Domaine partage". It is now in organic and biodynamic farming.
