Domaine Richard Rottiers' 2018 Moulin-à-Vent is a Beaujolais red wine produced from 9 different plots of Gamay spread over the entire Moulin à Vent appellation, in organic farming.

It offers a beautiful deep garnet colour and a rich nose with aromas of ripe red and black fruits and violets, with notes of sweet spices and floral notes (rose, peony). It benefits from a gentle vinification in semi-carbonic maceration, followed by ageing in barrels and barrels for 6 months.
