This 2020 Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu "Zéphyr" is a white wine from the Loire Valley grape variety and a parcel selection that gives this cuvée a complex and mineral profile
The 2020 Zéphyr cuvée offers a nose dominated by white fruits with notes of almond. On the palate, the substance is ample and well structured, with mineral saline touches evolving into slightly stony notes, for a very greedy overall expression.
This great gastronomic white wine can be stored until 2030-2032 and can be served with a scallop carpaccio with lemon, a crayfish curry, a roasted free-range milked veal chop and hash browns with mushrooms or a crispy sweetbread with parsley butter.
