This Titus cuvée from the Cantine Chiorri estate is an Italian white wine from the Umbria region, made from 100% of the local Grechetto grape variety.
It has a straw yellow colour and intense aromas of tropical and exotic fruits with floral notes on the nose. On the palate, it is a fresh and mineral wine, well balanced, ideal to accompany mature cheeses, white meats and "cappelletti in brodo", a traditional dish of Umbria, small round pasta filled with meat served in a broth.
