Mt. Jefferson 2021 is a red wine from the Willamette Valley in Oregon in the USA, produced by Cristom Vineyards. The Mt. Jefferson cuvee is made from100% Pinot Noir exclusively grown in the Eola-Amity Hills, marrying whole-cluster and native yeast fermentations, and is unfined and unfiltered.
The nose offers vibrant fresh red and dark fruit and spicy notes. Precise and elegant on the palate, it is a mouth-filling wine with vibrant acidity, a rich texture, ripe and fine tannins, and a long, spicy finish.
This great Willamette Valley Pinot Noir will go perfectly with roast chicken or any dark-meat dish. It drinks well now and can age until at least 2032.
