Domaine de La Cendrillon IGP Pays d'Oc Atypique Red - Box of 12
The Atypique 2021 cuvée is a red wine from the Domaine de La Cendrillon in IGP Pays d'Oc, made from an atypical blend of Mediterranean grape varieties, Mourvèdre (60%) and Marselan (25%) and Bordeaux, Merlot (15%).
It offers a beautiful, intense ruby colour. The nose is rich, very fruity, with aromas of wild blackberry, cherry, spices and liquorice. The palate is ample and fleshy, very silky with melted tannins.
In 2012, Domaine de La Cendrillon obtained organic certification (ECOCERT) for its entire vineyard. Today, the estate works with ten grape varieties: Carignan, Syrah, Grenache Noir and Grenache Blanc, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Macabeu, Merlot, Marselan and Petit Verdot. New grape varieties have recently been planted such as Petit Manseng, Alvarinho and Verdejo in order to make blends of particularly fine and elegant white wines.
