Château Carbonnieux 2016 is a great red wine from Pessac-Léognan and Grand Cru Classé of Graves: a very great Bordeaux vintage in Pessac-Léognan with perfectly ripe grapes of exceptional quality.

This great Bordeaux wine offers an intense nose with aromas of jammy red fruits, notes of leather and undergrowth, and smoky touches characteristic of the great wines of Pessac-Léognan when ripe. On the palate, the attack is silky and delicate, the substance dense and well structured, and the finish of a remarkable persistence.

It will go perfectly with grilled and roasted meats, swordfish and tuna, mushrooms, cheeses and chocolate or red fruit desserts. It can be tasted now or stored in the cellar until around 2035.
