This 2018 Pouilly-Fuissé from the Domaine des Héritiers du Comte Lafon is a white wine from Burgundy made from old Chardonnay vines over 50 years old and made biodynamically.
It has a pale gold colour and fruity (white peach) and floral (acacia) aromas on the nose. It expresses itself on the palate with a beautiful mineral fullness and a perfect balance, with a very pleasant freshness. It can be enjoyed from now until 2023-2025, and is the perfect accompaniment to poultry and white meats with cream as well as cheeses, goat cheese or Saint-Paulin.
