Pascal Jolivet Pouilly-Fume Les Terres Blanches - Box of 12
This Pouilly-Fumé Les Terres Blanches 2025 from Pascal Jolivet is a concentrated, fine white wine that has a real character and a strong personality at the same time. Its colour is yellow with green reflections. Its rich nose oscillates between aromas of citrus and exotic fruits. It is mineral and complex. It is a wine that displays a lot of presence, depth and intensity.
The name "Terres Blanches" refers to the clay-limestone soils on which the vines from which this wine is made are planted. Domaine Pascal Jolivet owns 8 hectares in the Pouilly-Fumé appellation and 42 hectares in Sancerre.
Founded in 1987, Maison Pascal Jolivet has become in just a few years one of the very best for Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé wines. Pascal Jolivet produces wines typical of his region, the Loire, and his philosophy is to let nature express itself as much as possible so that it can deliver natural aromas to Sauvignon Blanc, close to the terroir.
