This Prosecco DOC Zharpi is a "spumante" sparkling wine made in organic and vegan farming certified according to the Martinotti method (Charmat), with a second fermentation in vats, by Perlage in the North-East of Italy. It is made from 100% of the Glera grape variety and dosed in Brut at 10 grams of sugar per litre.
It offers a rather pale straw yellow colour, a nose with aromas of green apple and floral notes. On the palate, this Prosecco is harmonious and vibrant, mineral, with a long finish. Serve it with vegetarian dishes.
