Domaine Boissonnet Saint-Joseph Emisphere White
This Emisphere 2024 cuvée is a beautiful white wine from the northern Rhône Valley in the Saint-Joseph appellation produced by Domaine Boissonnet, from vines of Marsanne for 80% and Roussanne for 20%.
It offers a fine nose with beautiful notes mixing honey, lemon, dried flowers and dried fruits. On the palate, it is a powerful wine with a lot of freshness brought by the Marsanne, and an elegant and complex texture.
It will be an ideal accompaniment to aperitifs, fish, seafood and cheeses, or sweetbreads with cream and frog legs with parsley.
