This Santenay 1er Cru Clos des Mouches 2019 from Domaine Vincent Bachelet offers a beautiful light ruby colour and on the nose, aromas of ripe red berries, and on the palate, a very nice balance with a beautiful mineral substance with silky tannins and a fresh and sapid finish.

This 2019 vintage is a great year in Burgundy and this wine is made for ageing. It will be tasted within 2 to 3 years preferably or kept in the cellar until 2030-2032. It is the ideal accompaniment to a chicken with cream and morels and mature cheeses.
