This Santenay 1er Cru Clos des Mouches 2021 from Domaine Aurore Bachelet offers a beautiful light ruby colour and aromas of ripe red berries on the nose. On the palate, we discover a beautiful mineral substance with silky tannins and a fresh and sapid finish.

It can be enjoyed now, or kept in the cellar until about 2033-2035, to accompany a chicken with cream and morels and mature cheeses.
