The Clos 2009 is one of the cuvées of Clos Rougeard, a great red wine from the Loire Valley in the Saumur-Champigny appellation, made from 100% the Cabernet Franc grape variety. The Clos is the result of a blend of several clay-limestone plots and plots with a sandy influence.

This great wine offers a nose of ripe red fruit aromas and floral notes, with a delicate and fresh texture on the palate and a long finish. A long-lasting wine that can be kept in the cellar until about 2030-2032.
