This 2021 Les Cormiers cuvée is a great white wine from the Loire in AOP Saumur, made from 100% of the Chenin grape variety, made by Château de Villeneuve in organic farming.
It offers a crystalline straw yellow colour and a fresh and delicate nose with marked notes of small white flowers and citrus. The attack on the palate is clear, followed by a powerful substance of white fruit and a very pure, rich and mineral finish. This beautiful white Saumur can be enjoyed today or stored in the cellar until around 2030.
