Château d'Yquem 1995 is a great sweet white wine from Bordeaux in the Sauternes appellation and is the only Sauternes wine that is classified as a Premier Cru Supérieur. In this 1995 vintage, it offers a nose of superb intensity on roasted fruits (pineapple) and honeyed notes. On the palate, it expresses itself with a very nice concentration, a perfect balance and a very long finish full of finesse.
