Domaine Patrick Baudoin Savennières 2013

Domaine Patrick Baudoin Savennieres 2013

A beautiful 2013 Savennières from Domaine Patrick Baudoin, intense and pure, a beautiful expression of the Chenin grape variety on the schist soils of Anjou. It is a wine of great gastronomy to be paired with fish in beurre blanc or poultry in cream.

This Savennières comes from organic farming dear to Patrick Baudoin since he took over the small family cellar in the 90s: no inputs, no yeasts, no chaptalization and a very limited use of sulphur.
