Domaine Bruno Clair Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru La Dominode Red 2014
This Savigny-les-Beaune 2014 is a great red wine from Burgundy produced by Domaine Bruno Clair, on the La Dominode climate located in the heart of the premier cru Les Haut-Jarrons, with very low yields from hundred-year-old vines.
This great wine from the Côte de Beaune offers a beautiful nose with very clean aromas of sour cherries with slightly spicy notes and on the palate, a lot ofspleplesse and elegance. It also offers excellent ageing potential and requires a bit of patience before tasting. After 6 years of ageing, you can now open this bottle, as an accompaniment to a leg of lamb or a rabbit stew, or of course keep it in the cellar until 2032-2035.
Domaine Bruno Clair is managed in a sustainable way, and has begun a conversion to organic farming. Find the great Burgundy wines of Domaine Bruno Clair currently on sale at La Bouteille Dorée.
