Terra Costantino De Aetna Etna Rosso Italia Red 2022
DeAetna is an Italian red wine from Sicily, produced by the Terra Costantino estate from vines of the native Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio varieties, planted at an altitude of 500 meters on the Etna volcano. The name of this wine, DeAetna, is inspired by the title of a Latin pamphlet dating from 1494, expressing the sacredness of the oenological universe.
On these volcanic soils rich in minerals, these two emblematic grape varieties of Etna offer a wine with intense aromas of red fruits, dry and mineral, harmonious and balanced on the palate, with a refreshing acidity and a long finish with saline notes. It will go perfectly with red and white meats, and cheeses.
