Terra Costantino De Aetna Etna Bianco Italia White 2022
DeAetna is an Italian white wine from Sicily, produced by the Terra Costantino estate from vines of the autochthonous Carricante grape for 80% complemented by Catarratto and Minella, planted at an altitude of 500 metres on the Etna volcano. The name of this wine, DeAetna, is inspired by the title of a Latin pamphlet dating from 1494, expressing the sacredness of the oenological universe.
On these mineral-rich volcanic soils, these emblematic white grape varieties of Etna offer a wine with a pale yellow colour with brilliant green reflections. The nose is intense with fruity and floral aromas, with fine notes of apple. On the palate, it is a dry and mineral wine, very pleasant, which will go perfectly with fish and seafood.
