Domaine Ampelidacées Blanc de Coral Tahitian Wine

Domaine Ampelidacees Blanc de Corail Tahiti - Box of 6 bottles

36.90 € Tax included

This Tahitian wine, Blanc de Corail from Domaine Ampélidacées, has a straw yellow colour. The fresh and airy nose opens with lemony notes of citrus and green mango, the perceptible coral minerality is underlying. On the palate, the attack is frank and the wine is expressive and complex. There are citrus notes on the retro-nasal olfaction. The notes of coral are felt on the palate giving way to a long finish of beautiful minerality and freshness.

Another curiosity: there are two harvests per year in Tahiti, one between mid and late September and the other between early and mid February.

This extraordinary and improbable wine is produced in the heart of the South Pacific, in Tahiti, in the Tuamotu archipelago in French Polynesia. The Domaine Ampélidaceae vineyard is located in Rangiroa (in Paumotu language, the island of the immense sky) considered one of the largest atolls in the world, renowned for the beauty of its seabed and now also known for its wine ..... At the end of the coral road lined with coconut palms, rows of vines suddenly appear. The vines grow 100 m from the lagoon and less than 400 m from the great ocean. It is the result of rigorous and passionate research based on observation and adaptation to a protected and rare ecosystem.
