This Rio de Los Pajaros 2021 cuvée is produced by Bodega Pisano in Uruguay and is made from 100% Pinot Noir grape variety, demonstrating that Uruguayan terroirs can offer very beautiful Pinot Noir wines.
It is a light and fresh red wine, with a bright ruby colour, which offers aromas of cherry, raspberry and blackberry. A short stint in 2-year-old oak barrels gives it a beautiful aromatic depth and a silky touch. It will go perfectly with braised white meats, mushrooms, a rabbit stir-fry and fresh cheeses.
