L'Homme de Coeur is a red wine in the Ventoux appellation of Château Saint Sauveur, made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan. The estate has been certified organic since the 2015 harvest.
This cuvée offers a frank red colour and a nose with aromas of red fruits with toasted notes. On the palate, it is a concentrated and balanced wine, expressing itself on red fruits and liquorice. It will be a perfect accompaniment to red meats and cheeses.
