L'Homme de Coeur 2022 is a white wine in the Ventoux appellation from Château Saint Sauveur, made from a blend of Grenache Blanc and Clairette. The estate has been certified organic since the 2015 harvest.
This cuvée offers a frank yellow colour and a nose with aromas of white flowers with vanilla notes. On the palate, it is an elegant, round and balanced wine. It will be the perfect accompaniment to fish, blanquettes, mushrooms, savoury tarts and goat cheese.
